Terms of Service & Purchase

Last updated: July 2026

1. Operator Details & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service and Purchase (“Terms”) govern your use of the website taniv.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of any online courses, digital content, or related services made available through the Site (the “Services”). The Site and the Services are operated by:

  • [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]
  • Business ID (Osek Murshe / Company No.): [NUMBER]
  • Registered address: [ADDRESS]
  • Email: info@taniv.com
  • Phone: [PHONE]

(the “Company”, “Taniv”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any Services, you (the “Customer” or “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase any Services.

2. Scope of Services

Taniv provides online educational courses and digital learning content related to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and related enterprise technologies, delivered through the Site and hosted on our learning management platform. All Services offered on the Site are digital in nature. No physical goods are shipped or delivered as part of any purchase.

3. Accounts & Access

To purchase or access a course, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each course purchase grants a single-user license. Your account and course access are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or used by more than one individual. Taniv reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of this condition, without refund, where the breach is material and uncured.

Use of the Site and Services is intended for individuals aged 18 or older, or minors using the Services under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in New Israeli Shekels (ILS) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable statutory rate, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely by Grow (Meshulam), a licensed third-party payment service provider. Taniv does not collect or store your full payment card details on its own servers; all sensitive payment data is handled directly by Grow’s secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems.

Taniv reserves the right to change course pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed prior to the change taking effect.

5. Delivery of Digital Content

Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive immediate digital access to the purchased course content through your Taniv account. In the rare event of a technical delay in provisioning access, please contact info@taniv.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

(a) Statutory cancellation right. Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (the “Law”), consumers are generally entitled to cancel certain transactions within 14 days of the date of the transaction, subject to the conditions, procedures, and exceptions set out in the Law. Please note that the Law includes specific exceptions applicable to digital content — once you have begun to access, stream, or download digital course content, your statutory cancellation right may be limited or excluded, as provided by the Law and its regulations. Nothing in these Terms is intended to reduce any non-waivable right available to you under the Law.

(b) The Taniv Guarantee. Independently of, and in addition to, the statutory right described above, Taniv voluntarily offers every Customer a full refund, no questions asked, if requested within 5 calendar days of the original purchase date — even if you have already started or completed part of the course. To request a refund under this guarantee, simply email info@taniv.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

Refund requests submitted after the 5-day guarantee window, and that fall outside any applicable statutory right, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Taniv’s discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, text, graphics, software, trademarks, and other materials made available through the Site are owned by or licensed to Taniv and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content for your own educational purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit the content without Taniv’s prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

When using the Site and Services, you agree not to: share your account credentials with any other person; download, copy, scrape, or systematically extract course content beyond normal personal viewing; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying materials of the Services for commercial redistribution; use the content to create a competing product or service; or engage in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive conduct on the Site or in any associated community area.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Taniv does not guarantee any specific outcome, certification, employment result, or skill level from completing a course. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taniv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Taniv’s total liability arising out of or relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

11. Amendments to These Terms

Taniv may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or applicable law. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Contact & Cancellation Requests

For cancellation requests, refund requests, or any questions about these Terms, please contact us at info@taniv.com, including your order number, the date of purchase, and the email address used at checkout.
